PANDA ON-TIME SERVICE:
All pre-order items in the order are scheduled with an estimated restocking time of 15 working days. If the actual restocking time exceeds 15 working days, we will compensate you with a $3 coupon for each delayed item. Customers can view the actual restocking time of pre-order items in the order details.
For example, if an order includes 10 pre-order items, and the restocking time for 4 of these items exceeds 15 working days, you will receive a compensation of $12 ($3 per delayed item). If there are any products in your order that require compensation, please confirm the order completion promptly. Once the order is confirmed as complete, the system will automatically send the compensation coupon to your account.
Notes:
1. Restocking time: Please note that the restocking period begins once full payment for the order is made.
The restocking time does not include transit time or compensation time.
2. Notification of Compensation: Once compensation is successfully processed, you will receive an email notification informing you of the issued coupons. These coupons will be valid for three months, so please ensure to utilize them within this period.
3. Bulk Orders and Pre-order Policy: If the quantity of items ordered exceeds the current available stock, it will be considered a pre-order. In such cases, the estimated restocking time will also be 15 working days. If the actual restocking time surpasses 15 working days, you will still benefit from our Panda On-time Service.
4. Special Circumstances:
• Special Items: Customized items or those that have undergone processing services are not covered by the compensation rules for exceeding the specified period.
• Cancelled Items: Items cancelled for any reason after placing the order are not eligible for compensation. If a substitute is selected, the original item is not eligible for compensation.
• Special Orders:
1) For split orders, the actual restocking time of items begins from the time the new order enters the restocking process.
2) For combined orders, the actual restocking time of items begins from the time the original order enters the restocking process.
3) For items added by customer service after the order enters the restocking process, the restocking time begins from the time of addition.
