14 . Do you offer FREE Shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the items in your order, the destination, and the shipping method selected. We irregularly offer free shipping with certain conditions. Any such offers will be clearly notified in our website. Please pay attention when placing the order.
But if the gross weight of your order is very heavy and you don't need the goods urgently, we recommend that you ship the goods via sea freight to save the cost.
Currently, for heavier orders, we offer Sea Freight to Door service to some countries, shipping time and shipping cost will be based on the information shown when placing the order. Available shipping methods can be found by clicking here.
In addition to Sea Freight to Door, we can also provide sea freight to the port service if you need. However, please prepare the port information in advance and contact customer service sales@beadstrend.com to confirm all the details.
